Before payment, confirm the following points in writing for the exact item you are ordering: the item and its specification sheet; the minimum order quantity for that item; the lead time for your quantity; the price for your item and quantity; the voltage configuration where the detail page gives more than one statement (notably the FC300); the handpiece configuration where the detail page and the homepage differ (notably the FE60); and any optional spot sizes you need (notably the CL300 optional sizes, which must be specified at inquiry and are not standard equipment).
